On-site registration

The State Agency for Registration of Vehicles and Drivers under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic provides an on-site registration service. A mobile group will arrive at a convenient location for you, complete the registration and issue a technical passport and state number.

- Cost of service: 3,479 soms.

Opening hours: Monday - Friday from 08:30 to 17:30

On-site registration is available only in Bishkek. Leave a request and a specialist will contact you.
